Goodman was assigned to repair my appliance through my extended warranty provider. Ever since they were assigned the job they were ontop of communicating with me about when they were coming out. They came out an hour within the window they initially provided me and in less than 30 minutes the job was completed to satisfaction. There were parts that needed to be ordered and those arrived quickly and before their visit to repair the appliance.

Goodman Home Solutions provided me excellent service on my 1 year old washer. Luck for me it was an easy fix. The serviceman they sent even took the time to make my washer quieter – not related to my repair.

Asked a lot of questions and he answered all but he said that I should have received a flint in the mail but I never received it…. Merry Christmas Y’all and thanks!!!

Ali with Goodman Home Solutions was awesome! He was patient, informative, kept a clean workplace and was very polite! Ali helped me understand the cause of our noise issue, showed me the part, explained the plan of repair/replace, and made sure not to leave before any other fridge concerns or questions were addressed on our LG.
