Goodman was assigned to repair my appliance through my extended warranty provider. Ever since they were assigned the job they were ontop of communicating with me about when they were coming out. They came out an hour within the window they initially provided me and in less than 30 minutes the job was completed to satisfaction. There were parts that needed to be ordered and those arrived quickly and before their visit to repair the appliance.

Goodman Home Solutions provided me excellent service on my 1 year old washer. Luck for me it was an easy fix. The serviceman they sent even took the time to make my washer quieter – not related to my repair.

Janeil made the repair promptly and professionally.

The technician showed up within the scheduled time, was polite and professional. I am also happy that they were able to diagnose the part over the phone so everything was done in one trip.
