Goodman was assigned to repair my appliance through my extended warranty provider. Ever since they were assigned the job they were ontop of communicating with me about when they were coming out. They came out an hour within the window they initially provided me and in less than 30 minutes the job was completed to satisfaction. There were parts that needed to be ordered and those arrived quickly and before their visit to repair the appliance.

Goodman Home Solutions provided me excellent service on my 1 year old washer. Luck for me it was an easy fix. The serviceman they sent even took the time to make my washer quieter – not related to my repair.

Brand new Whirlpool fridge started giving trouble when it was 2 weeks old. It took another two weeks to get somebody here. Turned out it wasn’t a huge problem. It was a couple of minor problems. Alex fixed the problems and did some reprogramming on the control board to (hopefully) eliminate the icing that was happening in the freezer. GOOD JOB, Alex.

Your very professional serviceman arrived and went directly to the dishwasher that would no long work. After less than five minutes he informed me that it could not be repaired as there were no longer parts available. The machine was just too old and no longer available.
