Oven Top Repair – Quick and Painless

Our dryer was having issues and Mr. Hector was very kind and helpful when it came to assisting us. (He was also the first and only technician to ever remove their shoes when entering our home, which I very much appreciate!)

My refrigerator was making a strange noise. Daniel came, assessed the problem as a faulty motor, ordered the part needed, and told me when he would be here to make the repair. As promised he was here with the part and made the repair in no time at all. It was a pleasure doing business with Goodman!
Our technician David did an excellent job finding right away the root cause of our condense water problem at the right side of our fridge. He adjusted the hanging door and also noticed that the fridge was not properly adjusted/installed. He took care of the issued in no time. Was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, thank you. Highly recommended!

The service technician was very friendly. He listened to my issue. He went to work checking out the refrigerator. He found the AMPs to be within specifications. He suggested I plug the refrigerator into another circuit, which I did. He said to let them know if there were any more problems.
Professional & Friendly
The technician ( I didn’t get his name)) who inspected my fridge gave me helpful tips on what was causing the freezer to overwork and only freeze in the back but not in the front. He called to get replacement parts but they don’t manufacture those parts anymore. He told me that I need to get a new refrigerator. He did an excellent job in telling me the truth and what I need to do next to get a new fridge.

Did a Great Job
They came, they saw, they fixed!
I buy service plans for all major appliances and needed a dishwasher repaired. They sent out another company and to say they fumbled the repair is an understatement. They had been to my house at least 4 times nothing was fixed. Frustrated my issuer sent Goodman Home Solutions. He came iin 20 minutes diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and in less than a week came back and fixed my problem. Top notch service!

Maytag Washer Repair
The GHS Tech Stuart was very knowledgeable, informative and courteous.
Had to order a part and he scheduled the 2nd appointment with me before he left (which was the following week).
GHS stayed in touch with me thru text message & emails about my appointment. And Stuart called me the day before to let me know he had one appointment ahead of me but would arrive as promised and called me from his previous appointment to let me know he was on his way. You cannot ask for better communication than that!.
Took almost 4 weeks for the part and had to get Kitchen Aid Rep to speak with Goodman to convince Goodman this was a warranty situation completely paid for. Await the return of the $134 charged for initial duplicated assessment. Two of your employees indicated refund would be processed, but nothing yet.
Your repairman Keon, is a polite, competent repairman. Worked diligently and cleaned up completely up completely after the 5 hour repair.
