The customer service staff is absolutely amazing at helping when answering questions. The technician did an outstanding job. He not only took care of the problem he went the extra step to install something that would prevent the issue from occurring again. Then he took the time to explain the original issue, how he corrected it, and the corrective action to keep it from happening again.

The only reason that I would not recommend whirlpool to a friend or family is because they are very cheaply made now and mine lasted not even a year before it broke! However, the gentleman who came out to fix it was top-notch. He was the nicest guy and most professional guy you would ever wanted me in your life. He is an asset to Goodman home services.

I was a bit taken back when my WHIRLPOOL assigned appt was delayed for a 4 days, but the Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, then came back the next week and installed them. Microwave working fine again.
