I had an amazing appointment with Alex. He arrived on time and kept me informed the day of the appointment. He determined the problem swiftly and notified me of the solution.

I had purchased a service contract for my refrigerator and GHS came out to take a look after I started hearing what sounded like the compressor making a humming sound.
The technician came out, looked over the entire refrigerator, and reassured me that everything was working fine. He even explained things about the unit that I was not aware.
The one thing that really stood out, however, is that he discovered a small leak from the pipe connecting the refrigerator’s ice maker to the wall. Had he not found it, I would have eventually had a bad leak.
I called a plumber that same day, and it was quickly repaired.
