Didn’t want to leave 5 stars because the microwave is defective. Kourtney the tech acknowledged the problem, unfortunately the start switch mechanism is a weak link. Wish I would have known before I spent a small fortune on the combo set. I hate it, oven great microwave is garbage. Kourtney deserves 5 stars he unlike the first techs with another company never brought what they needed….

He was knowledgeable and did a fine job explaining what he was doing and why. He was patient and not rushed to get to the next appointment. He wanted to make sure we felt comfortable the issue had been fixed.
