Quick and Excellent Service!
I had an issue where my dryer would not heat. I needed the dryer fixed immediately, or ASAP. The customer service was amazing once I got to the right person. To be honest, I was hung up on twice and was not helped by 2 people. But the third person whom I wish I remembered her name was fabulous and got me quick service. Sheldon, the technician, then came and fixed the dryer super quick! He was professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely use this business again!

Very good experience
Had to have our ice maker repaired/replaced under a Home Depot Extended Warranty . The tech, William Holbert, went right to work, switched it out quickly and explained what was happening. So far it’s good, ice is churning out. All in all, a very good experience,,

Excellent repair man
My experience with the service repair man,, Joe, was excellent. He arrived in a timely manner and after explaining the problem to him he immediately started working on my washing machine and had it fixed quickly and with no mess. He also gave me some excellent tips on getting the best results from my washing machine.
