The serviceman’s diagnosis of our microwave was correct and installation of the new door was great. The serviceman was courteous and professional. The only criticism I have is that there is some disconnect between the scheduling department and their technicians.

This is definitely a decision I’m glad I made. The representative I spoke to for scheduling my washing machine repair and the gentleman who was assigned to my repair are both great additions to your company. My appointment was scheduled 12pm -5pm and he was here before 1pm. Very professions and friendly! Thank you for providing a great experience from beginning to the end!

The only person who Finally Diagnosed and fixed my washing machine was Rolando Pierre!!! He’s professional and efficient. Went to work and fixed the problem ! I only want him to fix my appliances.Thank you for your expertise, Rolando!!.

The technician’s work was excellent and only took 15 minutes. However, the communication with the company Goodmen was terrible. It was impossible to reach a person by phone, and we were always redirected to the website chat.

We were given an appointment, but I called because no replacement parts had been delivered to my address. Because of this, the appointment was rescheduled for the next day. That appointment was then cancelled without any notification through the usual communication channel (text message), supposedly because the replacement parts had not arrived.

After another chat, I received a new appointment, and one day later another package with parts arrived. I was never informed that two packages would be delivered. The technician only needed the parts from one package and did not want to take the second package with him. This additional package is still at my home.

Ice maker was working fine but sounds like a jackhammer/ sent me parts and repair was done in about twenty minutes!

The technician that was assigned was exceptional he went above and beyond in this call for a stove that was over 23 yrs old and had the model information missing. He figured out how to get the info and generated the call.
