Our 2 year old dryer was not draining or evaporating the water as designed. Tracy called in the morning to provide a narrower time frame and then called again when he was heading to our home. He quickly assessed the issue after arriving and determined the condensing coils were built up of dust/lint. He disassembled, thoroughly vacuumed, inspected drain pump motor and then reassembled the unit. He was professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Thank you for your service.
