After he evaluated the refrigerator, he explained to me as to what the possible problems were. He then informed his company as to what he had diagnosed. The Tech was very knowledgeable and respectful. He took time to listen to what I was experiencing, and he also contacted the manufacturer and told them what I was experiencing with the product. When he left it was working fine, but he told me to let him know if anything changes.
