Company was great keeping us apprised of appointments. Von, our repairman, was really pleasant and got the job done quickly even though it took a few trips (not his fault)). Would recommend this company for appliance repair.

Very good and quick service but mix up on timing of initial appointment

We are very satisfied with the repair of our dryer and we hope we have no more issues. The only problem was when I set up the appointment online with Lowes they had me pick a time frame. I picked a 8-12 time frame but when I got the message from Goodman it showed the time frame in the afternoon. I had to call and reschedule. I don’t know if it was a problem with Lowes website or with the Goodman company. Otherwise I’m very satisfied.
