Repairman was punctual, professional, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Had everything repaired and cleaned up very efficiently. Everything we look for in service. Will highly recommend and will use Goodman home solutions anytime we need repairs.

The service technician they came out, Joe kept me up-to-date from the start of the scheduled appointment and made every effort to meet or exceeded my expectations. We had had the unit worked on once before, by a different company, and it was not a successful permanent repair.. Joe apparently was aware of the problem with the microwave from previous experiences. Ordered all the correct parts arrived. Ahead of schedule repaired the unit quickly clean and professionally. Also, as sidenote, he took the liberty of putting on shoe covers when he came in to our house. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. And based on my experience, I would call his company and ask for him again.

Our ice maker quit and Goodman home solutions was asigned our case they sent a gentleman named Oscar he was amazing.He knew exactly what wrong explained everything he was doing and why he showed me the problem and what cause it. I would highly advise there use they are a 10 out 10 will definitely use again thank you Oscar for all your help and knowlege
