Scott, our service tech arrived within the stated repair time.

Our needed parts arrived a few days ahead of our repair.

Scott was vey nice and friendly. He was very careful about his work area and kept it clean.

He repaired our dishwasher to use now status.

Although I had to wait almost two weeks for the appointment, it was a very professional and excellent experience. Very pleased with the result.

Scott came out today and was very nice and professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem, ordered the part and was able to come back later today to install it.

Appointment was scheduled very quickly. Email was sent indicating time and date of the appointment. Tech arrived according to the schedule Very courteous and started right away to determine the cause of the problem. After conducting an assessment it was determined that the freezer fan gas stop working. It when to nearest part supplier got the part and installed. Currently wait on t he system come up to temperature. Very happy with the tech approach to the problem and solution. Highly recommended.
