This company provided excellent communication pre arrival, I knew who and when they would be there and I appreciated this. The tech was very thorough and I would for sure ask for Goodman Home Solutions to work for me again if needed.

My refrigerator was making a strange noise. Daniel came, assessed the problem as a faulty motor, ordered the part needed, and told me when he would be here to make the repair. Our technician David did an excellent job finding right away the root cause of our condense water problem at the right side of our fridge. He adjusted the hanging door and also noticed that the fridge was not properly adjusted/installed. He took care of the issued in no time. Was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, thank you.
