GHS stayed in touch with me thru text message & emails about my appointment. And Stuart called me the day before to let me know he had one appointment ahead of me but would arrive as promised and called me from his previous appointment to let me know he was on his way. Await the return of the $134 charged for initial duplicated assessment. Two of your employees indicated refund would be processed, but nothing yet.

Daniel arrived promptly, determined what part was needed and ordered it. Appointment was made for following Monday (first appointment was Thursday) to install part. Part installed with no issues. Great customer service!
