Sadly I cannot remember the name of the person who came to fix my dishwasher but he was excellent! He repaired it and gave advice for when using the dishwasher. Job well done!!!!! Went above and beyond with his helpful hints.

GHS technician inspected our ice maker that had broken 5 times in 2-years and did not try to push another fix on us. He called our warranty company and was able to tell them that our fridge should be eligible for a full refund and they did just that.
