Kitchen Aid Cooktop
Kitchen Aid should be ashamed to sell a new product that comes defective straight out of the box. It took 5 weeks after ordering for the appliance to just show up. Not an issue however as it was needed for a kitchen rehab and it was 6 weeks before the box was opened. The appliance was WARPED. When I contacted Kitchen Aid they said I should have discovered their error during the 48 hour grace period they give you to discover their faulty construction. As the box showed no sign of trauma I did not open it. Warning, if you buy Kitchen Aid products be sure and inspect as soon as you receive the box as they, in my opinion should not be trusted. Today October 23 four months after receiving the Kitchen Aid defective product it has been fixed by Goodman Appliance Service. Ty he repairman was professional and knowledgeable. I encourage you to buy Kitchen Aid so after you install the product you can meet the repairman from Goodson who you to will find knowledgeable and professional as he repairs your new Kitchen Aid product.

Washing machine wasn't working
I couldn’t believe how fast this was taken care of . Scott was GREAT and hope if I ever need anyone again he is on the list !!!!! Thank you
