I have to admit being factory warranty request I assumed it would be at a slow pace. I was contacted Immediately an appt was set within a week. Two days later they called to say they had an opening 5 days early. When your washer is broken with a 6 member household that is HUGE. the technician was professional and very polite.

Great service. Technician troubleshot my Washer & Dryer and immediately isolated the problem. He also explained the proper usage of controls. I’ll definitely call Goodman Home Solution again .
