Janiel was our technician. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. This was a warranty call but I’d use them again for non warranty work on any of our appliances.

Brand new Whirlpool fridge started giving trouble when it was 2 weeks old. It took another two weeks to get somebody here. Turned out it wasn’t a huge problem. It was a couple of minor problems. Alex fixed the problems and did some reprogramming on the control board to (hopefully) eliminate the icing that was happening in the freezer. GOOD JOB, Alex.

Your very professional serviceman arrived and went directly to the dishwasher that would no long work. After less than five minutes he informed me that it could not be repaired as there were no longer parts available. The machine was just too old and no longer available.

Great professional service!! Our LG refrigerator bottom drawer was stuck and we could not use it. The two gentleman from Goodman Home solution made our day.
