Our new Whirlpool microwave turntable refused to rotate when in use. Daryel came out and had to replace the drive motor. Daryel is a great and friendly technician; he did an excellent job, and now we hope this Whirlpool microwave lasts 17 years as our first one!

Goodman was the company our extended warranty company called for the service. Before coming they called to check the problem verbally. Realizing a pat would need to be ordered, they then scheduled an appropriate time. They arrived when promised, had the right part, and were done in about 1/2 hour. I would gladly use their service again.
