The technician was very professional and courteous he came in and diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. The part arrived in a timely manner and I was contacted by the company who scheduled a return date for repair. The repairs were completed within a minimum amount of time.

The technician immediately demonstrated a high level of competence relative to my Maytag washer when he went directly to the source of the problem, a broken wire located on bottom side on my top loader. Goodman Home Solution provided excellent customer service from start to finish, resulting in a very satisfied customer.

But then when I tried to call, it was impossible to get a hold of them! Danny came to my place with a new freezer part but after that, now it’s been a month, the refrigerator is freezing up!! My thawed chicken was frozen and vegetables! So I just called another place and they are coming today. He also was supposed to disconnect water line to icemaker, but I don’t know if that happened. 🤦‍♀️
