The Technician arrived and within 2 weeks knew what the issue was . The weld had broken on the dryer drum on our front load dryer and it was making a loud banging noise. They ordered a new drum and the repair took roughly 45 minutes and now it is working great.

After scheduling the appointment, I was quickly contacted by phone by the technician . With just my verbal description of the problem, he knew what to do. Until the date of the appointment, he kept me informed of the repair and what was needed to fix the problem. He showed up early to the appointment (he called me first) and was professional and efficient to address the repair. The techinician was knowledgeable and experienced and completed the work fairly quickly. Excellent service!

Tracy quickly diagnosed the problem with our Maytag washer. He then “soft scheduled” us for repair the following week – based on his knowledge of the parts system and expected times to deliver. He called in advance and confirmed the soft scheduled appointment. He was able to efficiently repair the fault…problem solved.

But then Tracy went above and beyond and told us about the new ozone injection systems available that replace the need for laundry detergent and additives. We’re going to give it a try!
