Our technician, Bertrom Bryant was extremely courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a somewhat unique situation that required medication to be refrigerated at all times he understood this and communicated to his company as well as the warranty company.. the parts were originally on back order, and I was kept informed every step of the way the part arrived a day early. The technician arrived the next day completed the repair. I highly recommend Goodman home solutions specifically Bertrom Bryant for any, any/ all service needs.
