Bert came to our house to look at our refrigerator. He was friendly, professional and explained everything that he was doing as well what he found to be the problem. He told me what to expect next and how our problem might be addressed. I thank him very much and hope to call Goodman the next time we have any issues with our appliances.

I want to thank Joe the tech for his knowledge on my samsung refrig. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and explained to me what was going on in a way that I could understand and he was very professional and courteous. Thanks for your time and effort. The world needs more people like you

Initially we were frustrated because we waited 2 weeks to get the repair person here and he came and simply said he had to order parts.so it. Was another almost 2 weeks to? Get? The parts. He? Arrived in the morning as scheduled and had forgotten the part for our dryer at a different location. I told him that we’d been almost 4 weeks without the dryer and he actually went back to the location retrieve the part in finish the repair before. 5P m.he was very polite young man.

A good company to work with. Some communication was flawed but that was because I asked for a day and when I received the email to confirm the day, it was changed without my consent. When asked why, I was told that the date I chose was a suggestion. I chose a day and a time that worked with my schedule. So once that was resolved I had no issues.

Our dryer drum stopped turning although still had power and timer still ticking.

Daniel was here for a half hour and fixed us up.
