The technician explained the problem and gave me helpful advice for using my new stove.. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgable, and professional.

We were scheduled for Friday but received a call from serviceman he could come between 4-5 the day before if we would like. He came and fixed our refrigerator door on the spot. We had another company prior who said we needed a shim and they would order the part. I was told that the part was on backorder then weeks later told I had to call Lowe’s to put in a new repair order. Flash forward 6 months from the original phone call and the repairman said it was only a minor adjustment of doors

Repair took approx. 10 minutes.. I am very pleased with Goodman Home Solutions. Other company repair- not so much. I used half a year of my paid warranty waiting!.
