Joe came In looked at my refrigerator and found the problem within the first 2 minutes ! He is professional, helpful and friendly! I just wish the company hired more help so the customers don’t have to wait 19 days for service !! I lost everything in the refrigerator ?

Just wanted to thank Tracy and his friendliness during this process. His first trip helped identify the broken parts and he came back and fixed everything promptly. He was extremely helpful and I wish I could have him as my personal appliance repair man on any future jobs!!
