Peyton called early to let us know he had a full schedule and might be a little later than the appointment window indicated. He later called to tell us he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. Although he was apologetic for running late, I appreciated his candor and straight-forward communications. And, his work was quick and efficient. He promptly found the problem with our washer and fixed it!

I have had a Samsung fridge with some leak and bad compressor.Ive got exchanged the evaporator coil with a fan and the compressor under warranty!The process was a bit longer but the service was excellent.Thanks for the service tech who did a great job performing on my fridge!

Had compressor failure on two different fridges, same model, both new. This was a total shock and caused major disruption in our daily living. We were living out of ice-chests and making daily trips to purchase ice. In the first instance at 55 days old, we were able to exchange it for a new fridge. In the second instance, Goodman was ablle to get a new compressor and install it within a week. Very professional service technician.

Thanks to Antonio Donaldson is knew actually what the problem was he did a excellent job if it was done right the first time when Ray came out I wouldn’t still be having this problem 2nd time compressor went out I was not happy the first time but Antonio Donaldson was great.He arrived on time very professional and courteous

The technician arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. He quickly was able to identify the problem with my appliance drawer and make the necessary adjustments. He was thoughtful in making sure it was correct. He also took the thoughtful time to provide some best practices for use of my fridge. Great service! I will be holding onto this companies information for future support. Highly recommend.
