Jose was actually a substitute. The assigned person was in an accident.

He came Thurs morning and knew the problem immediately. The freezer door was not on correctly this letting in air and causing the fan to work harder and freeze up. He corrected the problem right away. Yeah! The loud buzzing noise went away! We are happy to have the fridge running correctly and quietly!!!

Our technician was extremely nice and professional. He showed up on schedule and listened to our issue. He explained the root cause and why it was happening, and then went above and beyond fixing not only the issue we called about, but noticed something else that happened during installation and corrected that as well.
