The Service Technician was great!! I was notified by him of his arrival time and was very punctual. He was extremely professional and nice and understood what needed to be done after I informed him of the issue with my refrigerator. He didn’t have the part necessary to fix the appliance but I had purchased the malfunctioning part to put it in myself but remembered I had a five year warranty so he was able to install it in 10 minutes. Having supplied the part myself, the Service Technician went through all processes to note and make sure that He had the receipt of my purchased part so I can get reimbursed by Lowe’s for the replacement part.

My whirlpool clothes washer was giving me the blues aka having issues. Micah came out and determined the cause and had me up and running after the parts came in and he returned soon after to repair.
