Kari and technician Scott were perfect in their jobs servicing our refrigerator which was under a Lowes Protection Plan. Lowes and their first service company did a perfectly lousy job, Goodman stepped in and snatched victory from the jaw of defeat. Communication was timely and they did exactly what they said they would do. And you actually get to talk to a person without much difficulty. Don’t know if we will purchase another Protection Plan, but if we do, we will demand that Goodman service it if that becomes necessary.

I really appreciated the ample notifications prior to arrival. Tracy was a top notch professional, friendly and thorough in his diagnosis and repair of our dishwasher. Goodman Home Solutions addressed our concerns and replaced the broken parts. The gentleman that came was friendly and professional. He had knowledge about the fridge and was able to explain the issue.
