We were very pleased with this company. When the other company Lowe’s sent us they didn’t fix the problem or know what the problem was wrong with the oven. Ollie came and fixed the problem in seconds. A very professional man. Goodman home solutions is the company to call for your appliances.

We bought a new Whirlpool washer and dryer from Home Depot and it was delivered on 3/25/23. On my 5th load of laundry, the washer started making a horrendous noise., well since this was on Day 6, Home Depot wouldn’t do anything. They told us they only cover the day of delivery and one additional day. Whirlpool covered the first year. Needless to say it took 2 weeks to get someone at my house. The firs company it was sent to just declined it and we had waited almost a week for them to come out, had to call and schedule a second time, which happened to be with GHS. When Whirlpool sent it to GHS, they wrote the work order us for the dryer. Daryl with GHS was able to get it all straightened out. He fixed the washer quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable. We will use GHS for our future appliance fix needs.

My problem was the latch door hook on my samsung microwave. Daniel was awesome he called before showing up and he was very pleasant. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix the problem due to that small plastic piece that broke but that is OK. I loved that fact that he didn’t want to give up. Will call again if anything ever happens.

Excellent. Keon was most professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to have in our home. Reinstalled the dishwasher better than it was originally and cleaned up the work area. 5 stars. Thank you!!

Technician was on time and knowled of the machine did nottake long to do the repairs everything is working fine
