Daniel was able to get the part and repair the refrigerator, he was very kind, however the company over books him and it took 8 days to get an apt. After the initial visit, and he just came back and did the repair which took 5 minutes. My recommendation is that for jobs that require a part, and when the part is available that that client is put on the top list as already we are dealing with a broken refrigerator only 1 month old.
