Our refrigerator, a 1 year old top of the line Kitchen Aid would shut down for some reason. It had power because the light panel on the front would light up but it would not supply ice or water. It also made a ticking noise. To restart the refrigerator I would have to let it sit for 15 min or so, turn off the circuit breaker and reset it. Then it might work for 3 or 4 days before it would shut down again and I would have to repeat the whole process again.

Fortunately I purchased an extended warranty. Antonio (the repair man) was sent to us, he analyzed the problem, explained to me what it was, ordered a new control board and a few days later installed it. It is working perfectly now and we couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Goodman Home Solutions with emphasis on Antonio. He was very professional!

Technician was very knowledge in diagnosing the problem with the washer and the dryer. Always called a let me know if there was an issue getting parts or when he would be here. He was quick with the repairs. Very pleased with the service work.
