I started having problems with my washer in October. After all these months and all the repair men who could not help, FINALLY my old washer will be replaced. Old one started acting up at the age of 2 1/2 years.old. We paid ~$250.00 for a warranty for 5 years.

Calvin , can out found he need a part for my microwave. He called around to find one. There was non locally. He said he was going to order it and schedule me while he was here. He called said he had the part and was in his way. He was very polite should me what he replaced. Worker very efficiently.

Mario was the tech sent to look at our dryer. When he got here it was not showing the error code and was working properly. Mario went the extra mile and called Samsung. Even though the problem was not solved, he gave us options to try when it does it again. He was very professional and very nice!

My Maytag not even a year owned after purchase was making a racket on agitation, Tech from Goodman named Harry came in checked it out and verified the noise, replaced some parts and explained what happened and had the washer back in service with no problems. Excellent tech, Joe, professional, xplained what was wrong how he replaced it. Further advised us to wait 2-8 hrs. for ice to be made.

Called us ahead to give us a heads up. Met the window of 4hrs.
