Great service
Making the appt was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Our technician was friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable. He called 30 minutes before arriving and was well within the 4 hour window. Would highly recommend !

Washing machine repair
Hector was extremely patient and did not give up. He had to put in many parts but it is finally working! I couldn’t recommend him any higher-he is excellent and never gave up until it was working!

Well it didn’t start out well with making a appointment first scheduled for a Saturday then got email they couldn’t accommodate me with that so I tried to get ahold of the customer service what a difficult time ended up going thru a chat did another appointment and again canceled to another date girl said “tech on leave of absent” then finally appointment scheduled for today November 3 between 1-5 which tech was here about 2 very nice guy but parts need to be ordered

It was a very pleasant uncomplicated and good experience. The technician came exactly on time, was veyr polite and good natured, and he quickly figured out the problem, fixed and was done in less than 1 hour

Yosniel was amazing. Customer service over the phone was horrible.
Yosniel was amazing. Came in, found the problem, ordered the parts and came back later to install. Problem fixed. Getting customer service on the phone and dealing with them to schedule an appointment was a different story. Goodman needs to do a better job with those that answer the phone when they actually do answer it.. that’s another story.
