John G at GHS waa the second repair company that came to repair our broken dishwasher. Unlike the first company (Sears), John actually came to diagnose the issue and took the time to understand the issue.s with the machine. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I wish more repairmen were like him. GHS is lucky to have him. He makes your company look good.

Pete was our service technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer right away and searched for the availability of the correct parts for the repair. He returned today to complete the repair and everything seems to be working properly.
