Our experience was great. Alex was on time, professional and friendly and replaced our faulty ice maker quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use them again.

The tech came a day early to have the parts ordered installed in my range. I wasn’t able to really use the 4 top plates due to bad knob connections but it works perfectly now. I previously thought I needed a new range but the tech fixed my issue.

I will say that their scheduling service is all over the place.. My appointment was moved many of times without notice till the last minute. That was the most annoying part ..

As far as work.. Shane did amazing work and was very friendly. He contacted me and let me know he was on his was and got the service done fast. He checked his work and all before he left ..He made up for the miscommunication that the company had going on.

Service man got sick so we missed the original repair date. New date set and he had it completed in fifteen minutes.
