I was happy when the Goodman technician finally came, after several re-schedulings. Work was done well, but one month to wait for a dishwasher repair is not acceptable.

After 2service man said there was nothing wrong with my microwave. Good man’s Edgar service man worked until he got the solution I wanted, fixed it.

waiting for a part, took 3 weeks, the service call got moved 3 times. But , in the end, it took 20 minutes to install the part, I was happy with the service.
