The service that I received is second to none. Goodman repaired my dryer in less than 30 minutes. Very quick and neat. Effective and efficient are the two words that describes the service.

The technician worked hard on and off the clock. Steve customer service was outstanding! It is unfortunate that Goodman had only one technician to serve a wide area with many customers. It forced us to sometimes wait longer for repairs. Often times it took forever for someone to answer the phone. Long wait times.

I had a great experience with my washing machine repair when John serviced the machine. He is knowledgeable and was able to determine the issue right away. He called ahead to let me know of his estimated arrival time.

My initial interaction was not favorable at the least with this company. Numerous attempts to speak to someone live failed each time. Messages were not returned, eMails unanswered. It seemed they contacted me when they needed to. I eventually did not need any repair but they had ordered a warranty part, sent it to my house, and then called to schedule the service time. The technician came anyway to take the part back but offered to review my machine while he was here. An extremely courteous and professional person which surprised me given my attempted telephonic dealings with the company. He determined that my machine was working very well and didn’t need the warranty replacement, which was what I was trying to determine through my way too numerous unacknowledged calls and eMails to the company! All ended well and I give the technician a good review for his professionalism.
