The scheduling and arrival times were never correct. Apparently I had an appointment set up by the company for July 5th that I didn’t know about. (It’s now early September.) I was scheduled for a 1 -5 pm window last week but got a text at 9:30 am that tech was on his way. Arrived at 10. I wasn’t home. Second visit I was scheduled for 8a to 12 n window. Got an email the evening before saying that I had a 1p to 5 p window. Tech arrived around 10:30. Their 24/7 chat is NOT available until 8 am eastern. Their phone line is not available until 8 am eastern but the messages says 7am. (I’m assuming it’s Centra time but they don’t say that)

The tech did the work, got everything back together but couldn’t get the machine to work. Had to take it apart again and start all over He also forgot to re- attach the dryer vent to the dryer. So we had to do that. He told us that they usually make the owner separate the washer from the dryer. I was not told that in advance but fortunately there was someone here that could help him. The washer seems to be working fine now.

Instead of replacing an expensive washing machine board or pump, the tech identified a wiring harness that had worn through. A quick splice and we were back up running!

William, is the best, his understanding of appliances, his patience with frustrated clients, his professionalism, and his overall expertise is admirable in this “take no pride in your work environment”. He came into our home after 5 months of appliance techs (from R R Appliance) not resulting in a completed working oven, and William fixed it for us with ease. We are so very grateful! William, you are the best.

I wasn’t pleased with the time it took to service the washing machine to where it was operating properly. It was over 3 months of inconvenience of going to the laundromat to wash my clothes, etc. Goodman home repair is under staffed and always had to reschedule my appointment time and day too often. And often I have caught them in a lie regarding the reason why they had to reschedule me. Eventually the job got done and my washing machine is operating as it should.

Communications were great! Technician was excellent! Arrived on time, pleasant, and got it working. Couldn’t be happier!

Jose was truly wonderful. Quickly and efficiently repaired our washing machine. We are so thankful we do a lot of wash!

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment. Great service. Only negative was that it took 10 days to have a technician on site.
