Edgar to the rescue!

Whirlpool is a horrible company that made my wife and I wait over three weeks for a control board. It was an extremely frustrating process.

Goodman notifed meet immediately about the back order of the part when the initial repair was scheduled. So after all that time, the part finally

Came in yesterday and Edgar the technician for Goodman arrived very promptly at the time specified. Edgar was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He gave me some tips on the washing machine to pass on to my wife, as well as some other pertinent information about the machine.

I would highly recommend Goodman, and Edgar is an outstanding technician.

Needed to get a part replaced for a recently closed home. The technician assigned to my service, Daniel, communicated directly with me throughout the process and was even able to accommodate a reduced arrival time window so I could have someone available at the home to meet him. I was very impressed with the communication and ease of this process.

The repair man came out figured out the problem, and Ordered the part. Came out the next week and fixed it. The most we had to wait was for the part but would definitely use them again . It was super easy to schedule your appointment.

It was difficult to get a response after the initial claim was made on my extended warranty. It was over a week and I had to call to follow up on why no one had reached out. I was lead to believe that Whirlpool was going to make the repair all to find out that the repair was transferred to GHS. Once GHS was in control of the repair things finally worked out in receiving the parts I wasn’t aware of receiving until the tenant called me about a package there. I made a trip to get the package and it was the new ice maker. I had to take it back (two unnecessary trips). Thad was sent to do the job and my tenant said he was on time and did a good job . So other than poor communication from the start of the claim and a long time, the final repair was done in a timely manner and a repair well done.

Very satisfied with the service I received from Goodman’s in replacing the defective part on my whirlpool washer. They had the part sent to my home and kept me informed every step of the way in regards to when the technician would arrive. Giuseppe was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Repair of Kitchenaid wall oven

The technician (Daniel) was very knowledgeable and polite. He repaired/replaced the oven door hinges in 15 minutes! Goodman Home Solutions had sent the parts to me in advance. This allowed Daniel to only have to make only one visit, instead of diagnosing the problem on the first visit and coming back for a second visit to effect the repairs.
