This company was all in on getting our appliance in good working order. The technicians were very professional.

The Goodman technician was prompt in his arrival, actually arrinving early. Our ice machine had stopped working. The ice maker machine was still under warranty, but it turns out that there was nothing wrong with the machine. The drain hose had backed up which made the machine cut off. It’s a safety mechanism. Once the drain hose drained the machine starting working again. All is good. I learned from the technician on what to do in the future. Thank you, Goodman.

I had an issue with my microwave and dishwasher. When I called to have both of them checked out they had to initially schedule 2 separate appointments. When the tech who came in today to fix microwave he was very transparent and explained everything going on thoroughly and even pointed some things out. Before he left he told me he was able to get my dishwasher as well.

Our repairman worked on our gas stove in a timely manner, explaining everything that he was doing to make sure it was working properly.

On the other hand, the telephone service was terrible. Six tries to reach Goodman Solutions each taking 20 minutes. No answer at any time I was finally called back by a woman who was rude and unresponsive and poor attitude.
