Have had problems with my refrigerator since June & has taken almost 3 months to still get it right. Had to turn down thermostat in refrigerator from keeping eggs to crack . Finally got my ice make working but cannot keep ice cream in freezer due to it getting soft. So wish they would send me a check for new one but I guess I’ll just have to drop the warranty, the technician forgot to finish the connections for my ice maker & I googled & figured it out.I even texted him picture of the problem & asked if he would advice but never got a response. So I figured it out. Worst help I have ever gotten with any repair company.

The best part of my service was Stuart. He actually gave me a quick review of how everything on my machine works , from cycles to water levels and even the machine cleaning process. Getting my part and setting up the appointment was a nightmare. But when everything was sorted out and my part arrived, within hours Stuart arrived. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the repair, even checking different cycles to make sure that they were all working correctly.
