So knowledgeable. Fixed a problem that another repair service me was normal.

I also just looked in the freezer, and see the ice maker that was replaced is still leaking and is creating ice “spray” in the cube draw. Another defect.

Unfortunately, the issue with the water flow in the door is no better at all after the repair as noted by him; he thinks that we have a bad GE appliance, and that after being repaired 4 times in such a short period of time, it should be replaced. I’m going to reach out to the warranty company this morning.

Steven came to my home at the end of what I think was a very long day. He was very professional and courteous. He apologized for running late and got right down to business. When he was done he cleaned up and took all trash from the parts package. I can’t say one negative thing about him or his professionalism
