Darryl came to replace the computer control panel on our washer. He was excellent, knowledgeable about the problem, and very respectful. He noticed we don’t wear shoes in our home, and he voluntarily removed his. If we ever need your services again, we will request Darryl.

Daniel came to the house in regards to a service call I made about an error code. He checked the washer and then explained to me the things I needed to know. We have always used Maytag but, newer machines require different techniques in doing laundry. Daniel explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The technician sent to repair/replace my ice make eas very professional and courteous. Not to mention patient when they dent him thr wrong replacement model. He promptly ordered the correct one and apologized for the inconvenience and did he would return when the new one arrived. He did and installed it and was very pleasant from start to finish.
