Our Whirlpool washer that was only 5 months old went on the blink. Patrick with Goodman gave us a call and said he knew exactly what the problem was. It was the main control panel. He ordered us one right then and even though it was on back order it was delivered within 3 weeks. Patrick came 5 days later and within 30 minutes had it up and running. He even took time to explain to my wife everything about that machine. He was great!

Jamal repaired our washer within a half hour. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. So happy to have my washer back again!!

Over the weekend my dryer stopped working before the clothes were dry and a second start resulted in the same outcome. The timer on the dashboard had not moved but some clothes were hot while others were cold and wet. I contacted Whirlpool as I have an extended warranty. Whirlpool sent a part based on my uninformed opinion. Edgar arrived at the appointed day and time and did an analysis. The timer needed to be adjusted. He fixed it and made sure to give me some pointers about setting the timer, cleaning the lint screen and learned that I had had the full lint screen cleared from the roof while a contractor remained on the fist floor. Overall, my dryer works, I know what to do next time should it happen and Edgard was a great rep.

Reached out on 6/28/2025 to have felt replaced in dryer. First appointment wasn’t till 7/9/2025 and tech showed up to say you need felt on drum so he ordered. It arrived a few days after and next appointment was 7/21, no one came. Next appointment was 7/24 and tech came around 630 in the evening very nice gentleman name Kon I believe. The job took 30 minutes, my issue is time 26 days for simple repair. My wife and I tried a dozen times to reach out to Goodman online and phone calls no response very frustrating.
