Prompt, professional and personable. The technician sent notification prior to arrival to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived in the timeframe set up by the company and myself. The technician ran a diagnostics test and resolved the issue with my appliance. Very happy with the service.

Repair tech was punctual, polite, and professional. I showed him several work shirts that were heavily stained along with socks and a white towel. All had been washed numerous times over the past months getting worse with each wash.Tried several settings and detergents.Threw away two dress shirts due to stains.Tech found a coin jammed in between two moving drum bottom parts and felt that was the problem. I feel the issue is a lack of water and a lack of agitation. Have ordered new t-shirts and work shirts and will look for improvement over the next 60 days. Plus, washer has numerous bad reviews.

Darrell visited my Whirlpool dryer twice. Both times it wasn’t the dryer’s fault. It was the installation. He explained what the problem was and how to get it resolved. Second time dryer top was very hot after 2nd load. Checked the outsider vent and it was clogged. He removed the lint and explained the workings of the time and automatic drying times. I hope my satisfaction is passed on to Darrell. He was courteous and informative both times.

Bought fridge about a year ago and within a few days began having problems with ice maker. Thought that it would work itself out but no such luck. Called Kitchen Aid about problem and they sent some out to check it. Were told we needed a new part and they ordered one. Part came in but we had to wait for service tech. Finally a tech came and install new part but still had problem. Called Kitchen Aid again and they sent a new company out .. Brian came out and ordered two new parts. Had parts within a couple of days and Brian came out and replaced parts. Seems to be working as it should. Brian is a skilled tech and really knows his business. Great asset for his company. “ATTA BOY’ for Brian!!!

Diagnosed the problem ordered part to be replaced, when part came Technician removed and replaced working like brand new. Original problem not making Ice upgrade part added
