We received great service. Couldn’t ask for anything better. They repaired our ice maker in the refrigerator.

After disputing a warrantable repair with geek squad, and winning i requested that they send out a non geek squad repair person as the person wanted to charge me for the work. They sent out Goodman home solutions, and the repair person, Mr. Espinosa repaired our clothes dryer and event fixed an issue that appeared after the geek squad member assembled our machine in haste after we refused the service.

if you have purchased a best buy extended warranty do yourself a favor and get them to send goodman out.

Scott was very nice he did a great job I am so happy to be able to use my dryer again, Thank’s again Scott .

I recently purchased a new Maytag washer and used it once only to have it stop in mid cycle with the lid locked.

Goodman Solutions sent Christian to service my machine. Christian was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.. He called me twice, once to tell me he was running a little late because his last job ran over. Then he called

me a second time to say count in traffic and commute time was taking a little longer than expected.

I was very pleased with my service. Christian did a fine job and is a good communicator.

Kitchenaid built in refrigerator called for ice maker replacement under warranty. Technician was friendly and performed the task expeditiously.
