Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was early, but called first to see if it was OK. I would use this company again definitely!!

After much red tape we finally got approval for repairs We were notified that Goodman Home Solutions would provide the service. A date and time frame were provided we received a phone call from the service technician that he was on the way and approximate arrival time. He arrived within the time frame and time. He emmediately went to work. He checked the the Whtipool side by side to make sure all was in range. He had to get a new password because the old one had been charged. After a short period of time he was able to get new one. Now able to scan all phases.Problem was identified and taken care of. At all time cleaned up and did paper work. Check to make sure all was working properly. Filled out necessary information. He was professional all the way. You have an excellent employee and wish the best to him.

I’ve had other companies try to figure out what’s wrong with my brand new Speed Queen professional dryer for three years and only the tech named Oscar from Goodman could solve it !

Scott returned a second time due to the original pre-determined part needed to fix the washer by Allstate; however, there assessment was incorrect after viewing/listening to a video. Scott determined the correct part, which was sent by Allstate after he provided updated info of what was needed. We were very satisfied with his service. Once again, I will strongly recommend Goodman for anyone needing future repairs.

Other than my part being on backorder with Whirlpool what seemed like forever, the company was good about keeping me informed. My technician, Dalton, was great! Friendly, on time and very efficient!
