My issue is with Whirlpool and Kitchen Aid which are HORRIFIC.
The Goodman Home Solutions team is doing all that they can to fix my double oven despite the fact what Whirlpool is working against them. They actually care and that is the best part of this company. I wish I knew the names of the two technicians that came today because they both deserve a raise for how hard they work.

Daniel came out to work on our Maytag dishwasher. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes he found a grinder blade that had come apart and repaired it. Will use Goodman for all my appliances from now on.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable of the job and very clean , I’m very happy Thank you.

I bought this glass top stove a year ago and one of the heating rings failed to heat up. I use this ring a lot to cook.
The Service Rep came and had to order the part and replace it.
I was kept updated and completed in a timely manner. I am very satisfied wih the service. Thank You!

we had the worst experience with Flamingo Appliances. Then Whirlpool refered us to Goodman and we’ve been very pleased with the customer service, their flexibility, availability and our technician, Joe, is amazing ! great communication, super helpful, very friendly, and hopefully resolved our issue !

I finally got a good tech to come fix my refrigerator. Although Goodman had been out once, the first guy diagnosed and fixed what he thought was incorrect. He also put the door back on incorrectly and was rubbing the upper cabinet. The refrigerator kept leaking. Flamingo Appliances has been out twice and made zero progress. Now, on to the good news, this tech. I wish I had known his name, known what he was doing, and fixed all my problems. Finally, it’s working as expected, and there’s no puddle of water on the floor, frosted over the freezer, and inconsistent temperatures inside. Thank you to him so much!

When the technician came out a week ago he determined that the wash motor was bad.
He ordered the part and had it shipped directly to the house and rescheduled the appointment for the install.
The technician was prompt with his visits and called prior to coming.
The wash motor was installed successfully and the dishwasher was tested.
The technician also provided us with information about the dishwasher that we did not know previously.
I would highly recommend Goodman Home Solutions for any appliance repair.
We are completely satisfied with the work and professionalism.
