Exceptional Service accomplished by proficient technician Daniel on my refrigerator on 5/1/24. I am still amazed by the outstanding customer service offered by this technician. If there were a 10-point overall rating system, I certainly would rate him a 10 as his customer care is far above the average technician. An excellent experience! Thank You.

On first visit, repairman diagnosed problem quickly, and said he would order replacement parts and return in a week to install them.
He returned today and quickly repaired our washing machine.
He was very professional and friendly to my wife and me. We are very happy with his work.

our 3 year old washer was leaking water all over the floor. Goodman was recommended to us thru the manufacturer and I have to say when ED showed up he was wonderful. He determined that the Gasket had holes in it due to wear and tear. He ordered the parts and returned to complete the repair. Just want to thank ED for his work. Thank you ED and Thank you Goodman.

My dryer was not powering on at all. Although I had checked the outlet for power, the tech spotted that it was the outlet’s internal contacts that was causing loss of contact from the wire. It is a simple replacement and it will be good as new!

I had my Dishwasher fixed and they were so kind to walk me through each step of the way, show me what was and wasn’t working, proved it by showing me, and then fixing the water leak issue I was having. Best service I’ve had on my appliances in years! I will use them in the future!

This was the quickest and most efficient repair I’ve ever experienced. Technician was prompt and respectfully used shoe covers when entering my home. Technician was also extremely professional and didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. He explained the process and provided great tips on proper usage to ensure machine longevity.

Our refrigerator lights went out and within a few days, we were functioning again! GHS confirmed our appointment and continued to keep us updated right to the arrival time of their technician. Very satisfied with their service, professionalism and prompt response time!

Thad was efficient in finding the issue, informed me that the part would be ordered and he’d return the following week to swap out the defective part. Called ahead of time to allow me to meet him for the repair. Thad was in and out in a very short span of time. He did show me where the issue was with the defective part.

Our micowave was shutting down unexpectedly during long cooks. The Goodman tech analyzed the problem, then authorized a complete replacement of the unit by Whirlpool as it was within the one-year warranty.

Had to wait 8 days until serviced ….even though I was told 2.
But the Technician (Shane ) that came today . He fixed a part on dryer that he said was bent . Probably since installation as it’s never been moved.
And the washer needed 2 parts. He said it would be May 3 rd before he could get back to my house to pop them in .
So it will be another week without being able to use my $799. Dollar Maytag Washing machine with extended warrantees ! ?
Technician was professional , explained the problems and was courteous and respectful .
