My repairman Peyton is outstanding. He has a terrific focus on customer service and fixing machines. He went above & beyond just showing up & fixing the equipment. He followed up diligently when parts were ordered. When 1 part came to my house instead of to his shop he handled that professionally off hours. If you want a person you can trust, Peyton is the guy you should use.

Jose, the Technician assigned to trouble-shoot and fix the issue with our Washing Machine that we were experiencing, was prompt, courteous and was able to resolve our issue in a very short period of time of time.
In addition, he took the initiative to provide my wife and I a description of what was causing the issue and how we could prevent it from occurring again. He gave us a mini tutorial on the functionality of the washing machine and explained the operational “do’s & don’ts” in a clear and concise manner.
I would definitely rate our experience with Jose as a “5 out of 5”.
